1. Introduction
Welcome to Belvoir Home and Garden. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Services
We provide a range of landscaping services, including but not limited to design, installation, maintenance, and lawn care. Specific services and pricing will be outlined in the service agreement.
3. Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final costs may vary based on the scope of work and any additional services requested.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the project or as specified in the service agreement. We accept payments via bank transfer or cash. Late payments may incur additional fees.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Clients may cancel their service agreement within 48 hours of signing without penalty. Cancellations after this period may result in a fee to cover any expenses incurred. Refunds for services already rendered will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Liability
While we take great care to ensure the highest quality of work, Belvoir Home and Garden is not liable for any damage to property beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
7. Warranty
We offer a 3 month warranty on our workmanship. Any issues arising within this period will be addressed free of charge. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper maintenance.
8. Environmental Practices
We are committed to sustainable and eco-friendly practices. We use organic products and native plants wherever possible to minimize environmental impact.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Lincolnshire County Council.
